How to get to Fund House

By Car

Fund House is less than 10 miles from the M25 (Junction 8). From there head straight down the A217 until reaching the crossroads at Cheam Village. Turn left at the crossroads, and continue straight on through the next set of traffic lights (Cheam High Street).

Anne Boleyn's Walk is the first left after the traffic lights (with Cheam Park on your right). Fund House should be visible on your left as you turn into the road.

You will be able to park at the pay-and-display car park situated adjacent to Fund House. For longer term parking, we suggest the car park located in Park Road, which is just a few minutes from Anne Boleyn's Walk.

If you are a disabled driver or passenger, we will arrange a parking space within the Fund's car park area. Telephone 020 8240 2400, before starting your journey, to ensure a place is reserved for your arrival. Fund House has full wheelchair access.
