Data Protection

The 1998 Data Protection Act defines your rights as an individual in relation to the information held about you and how it may be used.

The Civil Service Benevolent Fund (the Fund) needs to hold information on to enable us to process your donation, any applications for assistance you may make, or for your involvement as a Fund volunteer.

This will necessitate sharing your details with relevant third parties for this purpose.

Personal Information collected by the Fund may also be used for statistical purposes in an unattributable form.

We will use your contact details to keep you informed of our work and new developments, and to send you relevant information from closely associated organisations.

You may advise us if you do not wish to receive any communication from us apart from communication to do with your donation.
