An ability to leap tall buildings isn’t essential to take part in a fundraising event for your in-house charity – but we need Fund supporters to go the extra mile for us this year.

The Civil Service Benevolent Fund needs runners to stay on track – that’s the message from our Fundraising Initiatives Team as entries open for our team to take part in the British 10K London.

Over 1,100 people braved the Arctic weather and a freezing cold sea on New Year’s Day in the Welsh town of Saundersfoot – and Fund supporter Fiona Grantham was one of them.

Fund runners joined nearly 5,000 people in the annual Santa Run in Greenwich Park in December, raising plenty of money – and quite a few laughs! – on the way.
