Every year, she tours the offices around Belfast city centre to drum up support for her prize draw, which this year saw baskets of goodies, chocolates, and bottles of wine up for grabs.
Marie is well known to CSBF supporters in Northern Ireland through her involvement with both the National Committee, and the Management Board, and has also won the Fundraising Shield for her efforts within her department, the Department for Employment and Learning.
This year, her persuasiveness was more successful than ever – not only did she persuade Deputy Secretary, Catherine Bell, to pull out the winning tickets – but Marie raised a staggering £875 for the Fund, plus valuable awareness of our services to Northern Ireland Civil Service staff.
