Responding to reducing in-house welfare service
Changes to welfare provision have meant more responsibilities for line managers and contracts with Employee Assistance Providers.
But we continue to be an important source of help for your people too.
The Fund looks at applications holistically and can even provide a home visiting service, or special “Support” letters to staff facing a major problem.
