Rob's On The Run To Raise Money
Hot on the heels of our Fund team at the British 10K London earlier in the summer, Rob Baldwin is putting his best foot forward to run the York 10K for his in-house charity.
Rob is Chairman of the Yorkshire and the Humber Regional Committee, and didn’t hesitate to put his name forward to raise money:
“The initial reason for doing so was to give myself a target to get pounding the streets (again) but in my role as Chair of the Regional Committee, I thought that it would be a great opportunity to make my contribution to the 125 Year Fund Appeal.
“Just in case you didn't know...”
The York 10K takes place this coming Sunday (31 July), and anyone wanting to support Rob in his quest to raise at least £125 can do so via his JustGiving page.
Fundraising Initiatives Manager Clare Bridges says, “Rob is just one of hundreds of people raising money for the Fund this year, and helping us towards our target of £125,000.
“And with preparations for our annual Fund Week coming along nicely, we’re going to have a very busy second half of our anniversary appeal year!”
