The majority of the files below are available for download in .pdf format.

If you are using your desktop or notebook computer, this may require a program such as Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view.

If you are using an iOS device to view these files, you can view them without the need for an additional add-on program, but will need to be running iOS4 or above in order to view them within iBooks without saving them first to your desktop/notebook computer.

If you are using an Android mobile device, there are plenty of third-party .pdf readers available at the Android Market.

However, the Support Letters shown below are in .doc format, which means they can be opened using any version of Microsoft Word.

Other open-source office suites should also be able to open these files.
